Coconut Laddoo could be made very easily and quickly with the use of minimal ingredients like dry coconut powder and condensed milk. The recipe is quick so you can prepare them for any party on a short notice, while being a really hit dessert in any festive season. We prepared this recipe in around 5 min so you should have this ready for your parties and celebrations in a very quick time. In fact you wont have to wait for any festival to come around; all you need is that sweet tooth tickling for a dessert to be on your table!!

Coconut desserts have always been a must have item in our festivities and other celebrations. And when we talk about the sweet items Laddoos and Barfi are a must inclusion in both the talks and the menu list. For now we will keep this post to Laddoo cooking and probably keep Barfi for the next time.

The ingredient list for this Coconut Laddoos is not that big, so this isn’t going to be hard. Here is the process for preparing this dessert; as an adon you can print this as well for easy reference. Happy cooking then !

Prep Time: 1 minute

Cook Time: 4 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 8-10 Laddoos depending on size

Coconut Laddoo 5 min Recipe

Ingredients

    Ingredients
  1. Grated Coconut - 1 1/2 Cup or 100 gm
  2. Condensed Milk - 1 Cup
  3. Cardamom Powder - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

    Prepare the mix
  1. Roast grated coconut in a fry pan for around 2 minutes. Keep stirring all the while.
  2. Once roasted, add the condensed milk to it and mix it well.
  3. Give it another 2 minutes on the heat
  4. Add the cardamom powder (it gives a perfect taste to the mix)
  5. Mix well and turn the heat off. Let it cool to room temperature.
    Make Laddoos
  1. Once at room temperature the mix is ready to be molded into Laddoos
  2. Take some portion of mix in your hands as per your Laddoo size
  3. Roll it up in between your palms to put the small mixture in a ball shape
  4. Now roll the ball in a plate filled with some grated coconut powder; your first Laddoo is ready
  5. Repeat above steps with the rest of the mix
