Ingredients
  • Full Fat Milk - 4 Cups
  • Powder Sugar - ¼ Cup
  • A pinch of freshly ground Black Pepper(Kali mirch)
  • Almond (Badam) - ¼ Cup
  • Poppy seeds (Khas Khas) - 2 Tablespoons
  • Fennel Seeds (saunf) - 2 Tablespoons
  • Cardamom (ilaichi) Powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Muskmelon (Kharbooja) seeds - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cashew Nuts - ¼ Cup
Instructions
  1. Boil the milk in a deep pan, allow it to cool completely.
  2. Blend all the dry ingredients except powder sugar to make a fine powder.
  3. Combine the prepared powder, powder sugar and chilled milk using whisker and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Pour equal quantities of Thandai into glasses.
  5. Serve chilled.
